Miller Group

Welcome to the Miller research group at Keele University

We are a group of organic chemists focused on carbohydrate synthesis. We are interested in making tools for glycobiology, new glycomaterials and carbohydrates in medicinal chemistry. Please browse the site using the links above and follow us on Twitter @millerlabkeele

POLYMOD: Designer Polysaccharide Modification

This project will involve the design and assembly of designer polysaccharides. You will be involved in conceiving and synthesising modified carbohydrate building blocks which will be utilised in conjunction with an industrial partner, Croda, to advance access to next-generation carbohydrate biomaterials. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team interfaced between academia and the speciality chemicals industry. The advert can be viewed here or email GJM for further information.
